We are currently seeking highly qualified candidates for the position
of Math teacher at the Amherst Regional Middle School. This is a
full-time permanent position with an opportunity to work with a
dynamic team of middle school professionals and support staff.

Located in the 5 College Area, ARMS is a 7th and 8th grade school
serving students in the towns of Amherst, Pelham, Leverett and
Shutesbury.  A team structure provides teachers with an opportunity to
collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum and develop small
learning communities.   The local university and colleges offer many
professional development and teacher research opportunities.

Successful candidates will be able to teach honors algebra and have
Massachusetts certification/licensure as an Academic Teacher, Math,
level 5-8, or its equivalent from another state.
