 Research Analyst
 
 The University of Massachusetts Donahue Instituteâ??s Research and Evaluation Group is seeking to hire a full-time research analyst with a background in quantitative methods and knowledge of program evaluation.  This position is available immediately and is located in Shrewsbury, MA.
 
 The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a Research Manager and other team members on the Instituteâ??s work with several Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education and economic initiatives.  More specifically, tasks will include:
 
 â?¢	Engaging in data collection activities
 â?¢	Tracking progress of client programs
 â?¢	Organizing and analyzing data
 â?¢	Applying statistical processes to large data sets
 â?¢	Developing reports and presentations
 
 Candidates should possess a masterâ??s degree or have professional experience in quantitative analysis and program evaluation.  Experience with STEM education and/or economic issues will be considered an asset, but is not required.  The ideal candidate will have strong computer and organizational skills, including experience using statistical packages (in particular, SPSS/PASW).
 
 Starting Salary Range
 
 Starting salary for this position will be commensurate with the candidateâ??s experience.
