Tim Roughan is the Director of Distributed Resources for
National Grid's distribution companies, which serve 6.8
million electric and gas customers in New England and New
York. His prior positions include Director of Distributed
Resources, Business Services Vice President and the Manager
of Power Quality Services. He has been with National Grid
and its predecessor for 30 years. He works on renewable
energy policy, distribution generation issues, and
leveraging energy efficiency and other customer-side
resources to manage loads on constrained areas of the
Transmission & Distribution system.
