These proceedings include all the abstracts and full texts submitted by the authors of accepted papers. Where we did not receive the full texts, we included the presentations if available. The abstracts are in html, papers are in Microsoft Word (except for one PDF file), and the presentations are in PowerPoint. You will need Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Reader to access these files. You will also need Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or later, or an equivalent web browser. The proceedings are available on a CD and on the web at stemtec.org/piconf. Free CD's will be sent to all the attendees. Additional CD's may be ordered for $10 while supplies last.
