Please note: a $70 deposit will be required for a room key.  This deposit will be given back to you when you return the key.
Fully Furnished

• Four single bedrooms (private)
• Two full bathrooms
• Full kitchen with appliances (microwave, fridge!)
• Ethernet and cable (wireless access will be available to participants on the Sunday before the institutes begin)
• Close to classes
• Central air
• Laundry on premises
(we will provide info for wireless access)

If you are staying in the dorms, note that they supply linens, towels, etc.; you don't need to bring these. But - it's a dorm and not a hotel! You will need  to bring toiletries, including  soap!  Some people find their beds, which are quite new, rather firm. You might want to bring along some sort of pad.

Parking for non-dorm participants, commuters, is in lot 43, a split lot about a block away.

#37 - Amity Shuttle - serves downtown Amherst, Big Y Super Market, Stop & Shop Super Market.  Returns after 15 minutes from Stop & Shop, 20 minutes from Big Y. Leaves Graduate Center on the hour. M-F, 9 AM to 8 PM. Sa, 9 AM - 7 PM. Su, noon - 6 PM.

#30, 31, 32, 36. These routes offer frequent daily service to downtown Amherst and beyond. Check the website for schedules.
Amherst Area Information
