STEM Ed Announcement: Project Learning Tree Workshop

 Project Learning Tree PreK-8 Workshop 
 Monday, January 19 (Martin Luther King Day), 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. 
 Holyoke Heritage State Park, Appleton Street, Holyoke, MA
 Educators appreciate PLT's hands-on; minds-on PreK-8 curriculum.  They
 enjoy the collegial nature of the workshops.  
 Trees, forests, and human actions are the platform for flexible,
 interdisciplinary activities.  Model, discuss, and apply PLT to your
 teaching situation.   Receive the PreK-8 Guide with nearly 100
 activities, handouts, and a Certificate of Completion.  PDP's may be
 earned.  $20.

 Project Learning Tree(R) is a program of the American Forest Foundation
 in Washington, D.C.  It is sponsored in Massachusetts by the Department
 of Conservation and Recreation with support from the Massachusetts
 Forest Alliance.
