Teaching and Learning with STEM Projects
Join a group of middle & high school educators to discuss energy
transfer & conversion through a design of Rube Goldberg Machines.
Wednesday, December 9th from 3:30-6:30 at WPI (registration closes
 tomorrow, Wednesday 2nd).
Building a Rube Goldberg machine to model energy transfer and
calculate the machines efficiency is the focus of this workshop.
Participants will review key concepts related to energy and energy
transfer and then will follow the engineering design process to plan
and build a RG machine to illustrate these concepts.
The cost is $40 per participant and $35 per participant for those who
come with a colleague from the same school.
Registration closes on Wednesday, December 2nd. If you are interested
in joining us email Mia Dubosarsky at mdubosarsky@wpi.edu with your
